INFILLS
FATLASH only offers infills for clients who return within three weeks of their last appointment. Why? Because we care deeply about the quality of our work, and anytime beyond this compromises quality. After two weeks, the extensions are old, they retain dirt and therefore are not sanitary, nor healthy for your own lashes. Full sets last longer and they are more cost effective. If clients wish to maintain their lashes every two weeks, we uphold a strict infill policy.

...wish their lashes to look 'optimum' at all times.
... return within two weeks since their last treatment.
...do not wear any make-up and keep their lashes clean.
... have 50% of lashes left.
... are less concerned about budget as infills can be more expensive.
...are committed to looking after their lashes.
GUIDANCE FOR INFILLS
DID YOU KNOW...
In Russia, (the origin of this technique) infill treatments do not exist, because of the complexity of the procedure.
IMPORTANT
Any clients arriving with at least 50% of lash extensions will be charged for a full set.
It is the responsibility of each client to notify us two days in advance if you have less than 50% of your extensions left so that we can allocate you enough treatment time.
During your infill appointment, up to 20% of your existing extensions will be removed. This is because your extensions grow away from the root of your natural lashes they start to look messy. This takes time and impacts on the density.
This is an example of what we accept for infills. There are at least 50% of lashes remaining after two weeks, with only small gaps appearing. The lashes haven't grown out too much and the client has kept them clean and the fans haven't closed.
